REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS

No refund availability on monthly subscriptions.

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Payment Plans
You cannot cancel a payment plan.

Annual subscriptions
7 day refund window after first purchase.
If you’re on an annual paid plan, then you’re entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription.
The Biscuit Factory will not grant refund requests made more than 7 days from the date of your initial plan purchase.
For example, if you register to a Factory plan on March 1st, 2023 then you’ll be eligible for a refund until March 7th, 2023.
If you do not request a refund within this time, then you will be ineligible for a refund.
