Claire is gonna get us focused on knowing how to use Mailchimp properly so we can build on that over the coming months.

Patricia is gonna run a Meditation Challenge for our busy brains for the month of August.

I think this is a VERY important part of our working schedule and let's dive into what Patricia can teach us over August.

Every Monday ( times will be posted with the woman herself ) Patricia will do a live stream to connect the group and to talk us through what we need to make this happen.

This is a strategy Patricia will use in her business at a future date so let's support and give her feedback on the process.
